How do I email a question to a tutor?

In our Chat with a KCC Tutor interface, which can be found on the library's website, in Canvas, and other places, click the option for Yes, I need help.
Follow the prompts to type in your question, and when presented with FAQs, if none of them answer your question, click No to connect with a tutor.
Follow the next set of prompts to enter your name, email address, and the type of tutoring you need.
If a tutor is online for your subject, you'll see an option to chat with the tutor or to submit a question. If a tutor for your subject is not currently online, you will only have the option to submit a question.
You'll get a form where you can enter your specific question and more details before submitting the question to tutoring. From there, the question goes into a ticketing system, where the first available tutor for that subject will respond to you. This prevents emails from getting lost in our tutors' personal inboxes, and ensures that you get an answer in the least amount of time possible.
